These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase and use of Irja Rose Craft Kits. By buying one of our kits, you agree to the terms below.

2. Product Information
We do our best to accurately describe each craft kit—including contents, instructions, and intended uses. Please read all product details before ordering.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship to addresses in the UK and Northern Ireland.
  
• Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days via Royal Mail 1st Class.
  
• Any additional delivery options (e.g., tracked or faster services) will appear at checkout.
  
• We’re not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal services or customs.
  

4. Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your kit! Here's how returns work:

• Returns: You may return items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Customers bear return shipping costs unless the kit is defective or we made a mistake. To start a return, email us at hello@irjarose.com with your order number and reason.
  
• Refunds: After we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether your refund is approved. Shipping costs are only refundable if the fault was ours.
  
• Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalised kits, or kits that have been used or are missing contents, cannot be returned.
  

5. Damaged or Missing Items
If your kit arrives damaged or with missing parts, please contact us within 5 working days of delivery. Include photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or partial refund as appropriate.

6. Use of Product
Our kits are intended for personal, non-commercial use and are designed for adults only. We accept no liability for injuries or damage from misuse.
